    Hi Eloy,

I received a speeding ticket at the county of San Mateo on 11/22/15. The police officer claimed that I was traveling 98 mph (detected by radar) at the speed limit of 65 mph. Then, I received a “notice of bail” with the information of “Mandatory Appearance” at superior court of California in Redwood City, CA by 01/20/2016. Although I know I was speeding at that time, the claiming speed of 98 mph was way over than what I actually traveled.

In order not to pay the high amount of fine and not to receive points on my driving record, I would like to know the detailed process of hiring you as my lawyer to fight this ticket and how much will you charge for such service?

    Case Number: C284841

    Thank you so much.

    Respectfully,
    Peter Ke
